How long until my order arrives?
Everything is printed fresh after you order — most pieces are made within a few business days, then shipping time is added on top. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available on custom orders only. If you're ordering custom for a team, school, or business near Bowling Green, KY (42160), mention pickup in your request and we'll arrange a time. Standard orders ship straight to your door.
What if the size isn't right?
Each piece is made to order, so double-check the size notes on the product page — when in doubt, we suggest sizing up. If something's off, send us a note and we'll help make it right.
Can you print for my team, school, or business?
Absolutely — custom and bulk orders are kind of our thing. Send a request with your design idea, quantity, and date, and a quote will be on its way.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, then hang dry. Skip the bleach and don't iron directly on the print — that keeps it bright wash after wash.
